Mission Statement
The Floyd Central Library Media Center strives to be an integral part of the school's instructional program and works to provide comprehensive support, instruction, and materials for all students and staff of Floyd Central. The library media center provides access to information in a variety of formats, thus meeting the curricular and personal information needs of the students. Students are encouraged to take advantage of the diverse resources to help them be successful in their Floyd Central Experience.

Students may check out books for a two week loan period with renewal privileges. Windows based workstations with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Publisher, Internet access, and other applications are available for student use. A coin-operated photocopier is available. The Library Media Center is open from 7:00 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. Plan to make the Library Media Center a regular part of life at Floyd Central.
