Coach Weigleb has been the girls' head coach for four years. He has got the program in the right direction by leading the team to four straight sectional titles. Last year the Highlanders won their first Hoosier Hills Conference Championship in 21 years. The Lady Highlanders repeated as HHC Champions in 2013. Weigleb's strong point is in the field of strength and conditioning, one of the primary reasons for the program's success. Coach Weigleb graduated from FCHS in 1999 where he played football, was on the powerlifting team, and ran track for the Highlanders and is also a 2004 Graduate of Campbellsville University with a B.S. in Health Education. He also played defensive back for the Campbellsville Tigers and has a Masters Degree from Indiana University in Secondary Education.
Coach Carl Hook is has been one most successful coaches in Southern Indiana. He has coached dozens of Sectional Champions in Cross Country and Track and has had athletes qualify for the state meet in CC & Track almost every year. His Cross Country Team has won the HHC, Sectional, and Regional Championships on numerous occasions. Furthermore, his Cross-Country team is always at the top of the class in GPA, some of them even receiving Academic All-State awards.
Throws – Kirk Hamsley
Coach Hamsley has a great amount of coaching experience in several sports including: Cross Country, Football, Basketball and Track and Field. He graduated from Iroquois High School in 1977, attended Murray State University, and graduated in 1981. Hamsley possesses a B.S. in Social Work/Psychology and a Masters Degree in School Counseling from Eastern Kentucky University.

Coach Kelly has made a strong impact on the track program. Pole Vaulting is one of the most difficult events in track and having someone like Coach Kelly is very valuable. He has coached two school record holders and several sectional champions. Coach Kelly is a 1981 graduate of Northfield High School located in Wabash, IN. He was part of the Cross Country, Wrestling and Track and Field team all through high school. Coach Kelly is 1985 graduate of Ball State University in Muncie, IN. He has a B.S. in Industrial Technology and Business Management Minor. He is currently the President/Owner of Kelly Point-of-Sale, Inc. since 2000.
Coach Fox specializes in long jump, hurdles, sprints, and relays. Coach Fox is a 1998 graduate of Mooresville High School located in Mooresville, IN. She was a state qualifier in 1996, 1997, 1998 where she placed 8th in the 300m hurdles and 9th in the 100m hurdles in 1997. She is also a 2010 inductee into the Mooresville High School Hall of Fame. She continued her athletic career at the University of Indianapolis, ran the 100m Hurdles and 400m Hurdles. She also was a Long Jumper and Triple Jumper. She was named team captain in 2002 and was also a Walter Brenneman Sportsmanship award recipient. She has her B.S. in Physical Education from U of I and currently teaches in the New Albany/Floyd County School District.
