ALL SENIORS need to check the graduation program in the office window ASAP!!!!! If your name has been omitted or misspelled – see MRS. STEWART IMMEDIATELY. Also, get your graduation tickets from Mrs. Stewart and sign up if you need more. There will be room in the auditorium which does not require a ticket and more comfortable for those who can’t sit on bleachers.
Names of students being recognized for both Class Night and Class Day programs are posted in the counseling area, bookstore and outside of the attendance office. Parents welcome. If you have received additional scholarships or awards, let Mrs. Simler know so you can be recognized. Class Night Wednesday, May 17th at 7 pm and Class Day is Friday, May 19th at 8 am.
Prom registration forms and money are due Tuesday May 9th.
The Advancement of Science in Society Club will meet after school Monday, May 15th, in Mr. Hein’s room for a trip to Clariant Chemical Company in Louisville.
The International Picnic for foreign language students, has been postponed due to weather. The new date is Tuesday, May 9th from 3-5 at Galena Lamb Park. Bring your ticket and your dish to share!

Don’t forget to turn in your locker card to the BOOKSTORE stapled to your partner’s card by May 9th. Any locker card problems – see Mrs. Stevens in the office. Find a locker partner and place their name and NEXT YEAR’S GRADE level at the bottom of their card. DO NOT SEPARATE THE COPIES! If you do not turn in a card you will be assigned a partner. If partners are not in the same grade you will be assigned to the lower grade area.
Summer school forms for PE and online summer classes are available at the bookstore. Driver’s ed. forms for the June & July classes are also available at the bookstore and due Friday May 19th.
